GAD^TM
(GLOBAL GAS ANALYSIS DATABASE)

GeoMark has built a natural gas database of domestic and international natural gas sample analyses to complement its OILS™ Database. Particular attention has been placed on acquisition of stable isotope and compositional data.

The GAD™ Database currently holds over 17,000 gas analyses. All results are stored in an Access™ Database tied to an ArcView™ GIS display and mapping system. GeoMark is responsible for acquiring data, design, preparation, as well as maintenance of the database and the database/mapping interface.

GOMGAS^TM
(GULF OF MEXICO GAS DATABASE)

GeoMark has continued the Gulf of Mexico Gas Study (GOMGAS™) as a database to complement its Gulf of Mexico Oil Study and associated oil database (GOMOIL™). The GOMGAS™ Study/Database is based on the analysis of over 1000 natural gas samples collected throughout the United States portion of the Gulf of Mexico. Virtually all the samples have both compositional and stable carbon isotope measurements which are critical for determining the percentage of biogenic gas in a reservoir, and for estimating the maturity and age of the thermal gas component (Tertiary, Cretaceous, or Jurassic).
